A Taste of theTransformation
When I started this work, I was very good at understanding myself. I could explain my patterns, my childhood, my relationships. What I could not do was stay with myself while I was experiencing those things. I lived from the neck up.
The biggest transformation has been learning how to stay. Stay with discomfort. Stay with uncertainty. Stay with anger. Stay with grief. Stay with joy. Stay with myself.
I laugh more. I dance more. I take more risks in love. I spend less time trying to optimize my life and more time living in it.
I feel less like I am trying to drive to a next place in the world — and more like I have already arrived. That may be the biggest change of all.
I have completely transformed my business and created a more honest relationship with myself. There have been breakthroughs and realizations that have led to me feeling closer to my goals and more aligned in how I'm living.
