These terms constitute an agreement between Alexander, Awaken Leadership ("Provider," "we," "us") operating at alexanderawakens.com, and you, the individual enrolling in the program ("Client," "you").

The Awaken Leadership Accelerator is a 12-week live group coaching program designed to help yoga teachers, healers, coaches, breathworkers, and spiritually aligned leaders build profitable, soul-aligned businesses.

The program includes:

• 12 live 90-minute weekly group coaching calls via Zoom
• Access to all self-paced video curriculum and teaching materials
• All worksheets, tools, and A.W.A.K.E.N framework materials
• Private Slack community for the duration of the program
• Direct mentorship from Alexander during live calls and hot seats

Presale enrollments (first 5 spots) also include one private 1:1 strategy session with Alexander.

The investment for the program is as follows:

• Presale Pay in Full: $2,500 USD (available to first 5 enrollments only)
• Presale Payment Plan: $2,800 USD total, paid in 3 installments
• Regular Pay in Full: $3,300 USD
• Regular Payment Plan: $3,600 USD total, paid in 3 installments

Payment is processed securely through Kajabi at the time of enrollment. By completing your purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method on file.

If you have selected a payment plan, all scheduled installments are a legal financial obligation regardless of your continued participation in the program after the 45-day guarantee period has passed.

If a scheduled payment fails, you will be notified immediately. You have 5 business days to resolve the outstanding balance. Failure to do so will result in paused access to the program until the balance is settled.

Continued non-payment after 14 days from the failed payment notice may result in termination of enrollment. All prior payments made are non-refundable outside of the 45-Day Guarantee period outlined below.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

• Attend or watch the recording of all calls within the first 45 days
• Complete all weekly assignments and exercises through Week 6
• Submit a written refund request with evidence of completed work within 45 days of the program start date

Refund requests submitted after 45 days or without evidence of full participation will not be honored. This guarantee exists because we believe in the work — and because the work requires your full commitment to deliver results.

To receive the full benefit of this program, you agree to:

• Attend weekly live calls or watch recordings within 48 hours
• Complete weekly assignments and exercises to the best of your ability
• Participate actively in the Slack community
• Approach all inner and outer work with honesty and full commitment
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal shares within the group
• Communicate openly with Alexander if any challenges arise

Alexander agrees to:

• Deliver 12 live 90-minute group coaching calls as scheduled
• Upload call recordings to the course portal within 24 hours of each call
• Provide all curriculum materials at or before the start of each week
• Maintain a safe, high-integrity group container throughout the program
• Be reasonably available for questions via the Slack community
• Honor the 45-Day Do The Work Guarantee as outlined above

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during the program. You agree not to share other participants' personal stories, struggles, or disclosures outside of the group container. Alexander agrees to maintain professional confidentiality regarding your personal details and coaching conversations.

All curriculum materials, frameworks, worksheets, teachings, recordings, and content provided within the Awaken Leadership Accelerator are the intellectual property of Alexander and Awaken Leadership. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own growth and business development.

Materials may not be shared, resold, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative programs without explicit written permission from Alexander.

The Awaken Leadership Accelerator is a coaching and education program. Individual results will vary based on each participant's commitment, effort, circumstances, and implementation of the material.

Alexander does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue figures, or business results. Any examples of results shared in marketing materials or testimonials are individual experiences and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

This program is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. If you require support in any of these areas, please seek appropriate licensed professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexander and Awaken Leadership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the program.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. For enrolled clients, material changes will be communicated directly via email.

These terms, together with any signed enrollment agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alexander with respect to the Awaken Leadership Accelerator and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements.
