The Prayer

Anchoring in the Ancient Future

Gather with us in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains outside Asheville, North Carolina, to remember. For five days, we will lay down deep prayers and return to the original somatic practices that have been pillars of community throughout human history - song, dance, storytelling, and silence.

This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself - to your body, your breath, your connection to Spirit. To allow nature to do her healing work. To be inspired to live a more authentic life. To meet yourself more deeply and truly in ceremony.

You'll be held by Alexander Awakens and Georgia Be, facilitators with deep roots of devotion - initiated in the realms of plant medicine, yoga, voice awakening, and embodiment. Remember the Way offers a gentle, nourishing container for healing, deep rest, and a space to pray and play in connection.

All meals are prepared with love by Chef Matt Budenstein using local and organic ingredients from nearby farms. We gather as a small group of 12–15, honoring the intimacy that comes with close community.
