Welcome to your next evolution.

Taking full responsibility for this experience, I need to give you a warning. This program is not for everyone. It's not even for most people. If you are looking for a low key "vacation," this is not the place for you. We do deep work on these immersions. To most it is challenging, it is confronting, it is illuminating. If you want to avoid looking at your own shit, this is your invitation to find another experience to invest in. This work is life-changing. It is an initiation. And even amidst the depth and challenge, it is an incredible experience of feeling fully alive. Once you wake up, there's no going back to sleep. As I write this I Trust you will know, from making it this far, if this is for you. And if you are one of the extraordinary (gifted, cool, a lil "weird" according to society) humans that feel the call, I ask you humbly and confidently to answer it.

The Location

Nestled deep in the Costa Rican jungle near Arenal Volcano, Protopia is an intentional community, permaculture farm, and retreat center designed for connection, regeneration, and renewal. The name itself speaks to a vision of a better future, one that is continuously evolving and blossoming, rather than fixed like a utopia.

Here, off-grid living meets vibrant community. Local farmers, land stewards, and like-minded souls from around the world come together in devotion to nature, organic farming, and sustainable living. The land is a true sanctuary, two rivers and a waterfall weave through the property, and a pristine natural spring provides pure drinking water, filtered for your nourishment and wellbeing.

Fly into one of two airports in Costa Rica. Liberia (LIR) by 2pm or San Jose (SJO) by 1pm on Monday, February 9th.
To the retreat center: We will be offering complimentary, pre-arranged shuttles from LIR or SJO to Protopia on February 9th.
To the airport: We are offering complimentary, pre-arranged shuttles to the airport from Protopia on February 16th.
We offer a payment plan option so you can spread your tuition into smaller chunks leading up to the training. The total investment is the same as paying in full, and all payments must be completed before the immersion begins.

Four 60-minute calls before our in-person gathering to deepen our connection, set clear intentions, and tend to and cultivate our inner soil. 

Initiation

This rite of passage retreat gives you hands-on, heart-opening experience of leadership that will transform how you show up in the world.

Integration

Two online integration calls to help support you bringing these changes into your life. Our group chat will stay open for support and celebration.
