Retreat Overview

Step into your next evolution as a leader with our signature leadership initiation. This 4-week journey blends online integration with one transformational week in Costa Rica. Together, we’ll refine your skills as a facilitator while deepening your personal practice and leadership presence.

At the heart of this training is the in-person immersion in the Costa Rican jungle. Here, you’ll receive powerful daily masterclasses - transmissions that weave somatics, storytelling, and shadow work, with play, storytelling and authentic expression. Supported by farm-to-table nourishment, nature, and community, this week creates the container for rapid growth and embodied learning that simply can’t happen online.

The nine-week arc allows these teachings to take root. With space to integrate before and after the immersion, you’ll not only gain advanced skills, you’ll embody them. You’ll leave with a stronger, more authentic voice, a deeper connection to your practice, and the confidence to facilitate from lived experience. This is more than continuing education; it’s a full transformation into the teacher and leader you are becoming.

The Location

Nestled deep in the Costa Rican jungle near Arenal Volcano, Protopia is an intentional community, permaculture farm, and retreat center designed for connection, regeneration, and renewal. The name itself speaks to a vision of a better future, one that is continuously evolving and blossoming, rather than fixed like a utopia.

Here, off-grid living meets vibrant community. Local farmers, land stewards, and like-minded souls from around the world come together in devotion to nature, organic farming, and sustainable living. The land is a true sanctuary, two rivers and a waterfall weave through the property, and a pristine natural spring provides pure drinking water, filtered for your nourishment and wellbeing.

Getting There

Fly into one of two airports in Costa Rica. Liberia (LIR) by 2pm or San Jose (SJO) by 1pm on Monday, February 9th.

Group Arrival

To the retreat center: We will be offering complimentary, pre-arranged shuttles from LIR or SJO to Protopia on February 9th.

Group Departure

To the airport: We are offering complimentary, pre-arranged shuttles to the airport from Protopia on February 16th.

Payment Plan

We offer a payment plan option so you can spread your tuition into smaller chunks leading up to the training. The total investment is the same as paying in full, and all payments must be completed before the immersion begins.
